Chef will prepare each dish step by step, sharing tips, techniques, and stories behind the menu, which includes Negima (chicken thigh scallion skewers with lemon, ichimi, and tare), Kale Gomae with walnuts and sesame dressing, and Chirashi Don (hamachi, ahi tuna, tiger shrimp, lobster, edamame, avocado, gochujang aioli, scallion, tobiko, and sushi). Guests are encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and enjoy each course throughout the evening.
