The world’s top alpine ski competitors will descend on the Sun Valley slopes March 22 - 27, 2025. Watch as the world's athletes race for the top spot in the Downhill, Super-G, Giant Slalom and Slalom at the first-ever Stifel Sun Valley Finals. Check out our landing page for the full slate of events including racing, concerts, skijoring, bib draws, and more! Dollar Mountain's Closing Day & Pond Skim festivities return on Sunday, March 30th! This much-anticipated event celebrates the end of another epic season at Dollar. Enjoy the outdoor Kona Big Wave bar, plus giveaways and much more! Advanced registration is required for the Pond Skim. Participants can check-in inside Dollar Lodge starting at 9am. The first group will kick off the Pond Skim at 11am. If the Dollar Mountain parking lot is full, overflow parking is available in the Pavilion Lot with shuttle access directly to Dollar Lodge starting at 9am. Please plan to take advantage of this shuttle as Dollar parking is very limited and will fill up fast! Additional Information: Partipation is free, but advanced registration is required. There will be no registration on the day of the event. Lift access is not included with registation. A lift ticket or season pass is required to participate in the Pond Skim. The 8th Annual Sun Valley Tour de Force will be held on n July 17 - 19, 2025. This will be a weekend of epic proportions for car lovers of all ages. The signature event of the weekend is the ‘NO SPEED LIMIT’ high speed runs at Phantom Hill. Located in the heart of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, 3.2 miles of state highway becomes a no-speed limit zone. For one day only, drivers are allowed to put their machines to the ultimate test. To date, the fastest speed on record is a Bugatti Chiron achieving 253.01mph. Drivers come from all over the country and beyond, it’s truly an experience of a lifetime. Eight events take place over the course of three days. Additional weekend events include scenic drives, a curated Car Show, hosted sponsor events and a live auction fundraiser; Cars & Comedy. The weekend raises funds for The Hunger Coalition, a 501(c)(3).
