This flavorful menu highlights fresh ingredients, lively spice, and comforting regional favorites, including house-made chips with mango salsa, chipotle shrimp tostadas, Southwest chopped salad with jalapeño ranch, beef rib adovada with succotash, and sweet potato flan pie.
