The Sun Valley Songwriters Series invites audiences inside the art and craft of songwriting through intimate conversations and live performances with some of the most accomplished songwriters in popular music. Hosted at the Argyros Performing Arts Center in Sun Valley, Idaho, the ongoing series explores the stories, inspiration, and creative process behind beloved songs that have shaped contemporary music.

Matraca Berg and Lori McKenna, two of the most celebrated and influential songwriters in contemporary country music, are performing at The Argyros in our third installment of the Sun Valley Songwriters Series. Together, McKenna and Berg will share the stories behind their songs, discuss the inspiration and experiences that shaped them, and perform selections from their extraordinary catalogs in an intimate acoustic setting.

Adding to this exceptional evening, Grammy-winning musician and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band co-founder Jeff Hanna will perform as a special guest alongside Berg and McKenna, making this installment of the Sun Valley Songwriters Series for an unforgettable night.
