Chef Paul Brown presents a timeless American steakhouse dinner featuring dry-aged prime rib (medium, rare, or seared) or Montreal-crusted wild King Salmon upon request complete with classic sides of dinner rolls with French butter, sautéed spinach, potato gratin, onion strings, Bordelaise and horseradish cream, and a decadent dessert choice of hot fudge sundae with candied peanuts or lemon sorbet with lemon shortbread.
