Join us for a dinner with Boulder Mountain Clayworks and Sun Valley Culinary Institute, featuring a lamb-forward menu by Chef Paul Brown, served family-style on handmade ceramic plates that are yours to take home. Each guest will dine on a one-of-a-kind ceramic plate, hand-thrown and glazed by the artists at Boulder Mountain Clayworks, and take it home as a lasting piece of the evening. Chef Paul Brown has designed a lamb-centered menu that includes Kabocha squash bisque with pomegranate, citrus and cumin leg of lamb, lemon potatoes, garlic braised greens, buttermilk “ranch,” and spiced apple cake with whipped crème fraîche. Every ticket sold directly supports the continued work of both organizations.
