Homemade Chicken Posole – A traditional Mexican stew made with grilled chicken and hominy, in a bright and tangy broth made from tomatillos, mild jalapeno chiles, fresh cilantro, lime and garlic, garnished with cabbage and radish.  Chef Sara’s family recipe.

Our Famous Steamer Clams – From Willapa Bay on the southwest coast of Washington state, one full pound, steamed in a broth of butter, white wine, garlic and herbs, served with sliced baguette.

Flatiron Steak Carne Asada – Choice flatiron steak, marinated 12-hours in olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, cumin and garlic, fire-grilled and served with seasoned black beans, Spanish rice & chimichurri sauce.

Featured Cocktail Spicy Strawberry Margarita – Lalo Premium Tequila Blanco, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice, jalapeno-infused simple syrup and strawberry puree, served on the rocks in a bucket glass.
