Yoga at River Run

Sunset Skin Up Bald Mountain with SheJumps

SheJumps and Get the Girls Out are excited to invite you to a Sunset Skin-up Bald Mountain. Meet at River Run Lodge at the base of Bald Mountain for a Daylight Savings sunset skin up Baldy. We’ll skin up College and enjoy spectacular Pioneer Mountain views. Generous swag from Wild Rye will be offered! Required equipment includes: skins, skis or split boards with adjustable bindings, appropriate boots, a safety light, reflective clothing and a headlamp. No instruction will be provided. Spend a day in someone else’s skis! All levels and abilities are welcome to enter.  The Adaptive experience will begin with training to ski as someone with a disability would, followed by a friendly race testing your new skills, and the opportunity to have a “celebrity” HG participant join your team. U.S Alpine National Championships

Sun Valley Resort is excited to host the Toyota U.S. Alpine Championships presented by Stifel kicking off April 2 and welcoming elite and next-generation ski racers vying for spots on the Stifel U.S. Alpine Ski Team. The racing event, which runs April 2-5, is the final competition on the hotly contended US national ski racing circuit and is the culmination of a season-long showcase of the best of the best in US ski racing athleticism. Saturday starts the week of events with training opportunities for racers and a sponsor village and live apres music in Warm Springs Plaza. Sunday, April 2, the racing kicks off with men’s and women’s super-G followed by Clicquot in the Snow Party at Warm Springs and the Opening Ceremony at Town Square in Ketchum featuring a Parade of Athletes and a free concert by Lowdown Brass Band. Men’s and women’s slalom will run on Monday, April 3, women’s giant slalom on Tuesday, April 4, and men’s giant slalom on Wednesday, April 5; each day’s races will be followed by awards and live music in the Warm Springs Plaza.
