Sound Bath

Sound Bath Drop deep into your inner knowing with fiery breathwork using techniques from Kataonah yoga, a practice based upon metaphors that explore the body as the instrument, the mind as the musician, and the breath as the melody. Breathwork is an incredibly powerful and easily accessible tool that can be used as a catalyst for transformation. After building up heat, we will release control into a cozy savasana, where the sounds of the singing bowls will bathe your physical body. Each of the 7 crystal quartz bowls represent one of the chakras, washing over and realigning these energy centers. The vibrational frequencies facilitate transportation into deeper states of consciousness, resulting in healing at a cellular level. July 15 2023 @ 7:00pm Sawtooth Botanical Garden Greenhouse $33
