Are you ready to up your game while mountain biking? We will practice dynamic on-bike body positions, front and rear wheel lifts, roll downs, cornering, racheting, climbing techniques, and so much more. Taught in a progressive format to ensure safety and comfort before moving on to the next skill. It also allows you to progress at your own pace. After a 30 minute lunch break (Galena has a delicious lunch menu) we will put all of these skills to practice during a group ride.
