Chris will be preparing his famous Gumbo and Greens, paired with a welcome pour of Champagne Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2014, the house’s prestigious cuvée, followed by tasting pours of Opus One 2017, Opus One 2021, and Overture NV.
