Scout Wine & Cheese offers lunch, bar snacks, wine by the glass, bottles-to-go, custom cheese/charcuterie platters and various larder items. We are open Tuesday – Saturday 11am to 7pm. Summer hours for Friday and Saturday are 11am – 8pm. Come in for a drink or bite or have our team put together special wine and cheese selections to take home.
Serva Peruvian Cuisine
Serva Peruvian Cuisine is a dream come true. It’s a fusion of Peruvian and American food. Served in a healthy, light, and unique way. Serva is heavily influenced by the variety of ethnic backgrounds found throughout Peru. Offering a taste through Peru, Serva Cuisine’s signature dishes range from seafood, meat, quinoa, vegetarian selections. Dishes such as Ceviche Clasico, Ensalada de Quinoa, or Causa are light and healthy. Spotlight dishes examples include the Lomo Saltado, a traditional Peruvian-style stir-fry of beef tenderloin, sauteed with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and soy sauce, with papas fritas, and rice. We will have dishes that go beyond the classics that represent both gluten-free and vegan dishes made by the chef.
