StART Summer in Sun Valley

The summer season is kicking off with a week of festivities from Sun Valley Culinary Institute, Sun Valley Museum of Art, and Ballet Sun Valley. Learn more about this week of celebrating the arts in various forms through these organizations and events that support the community arts all year long.

The Welcome Party

Celebrity Chef Art Smith and Food Network insider Bruce Seidel will be preparing cuisine for the evening and dance the night away with DJ SID3S! This kicks off the week on Saturday June 22nd, you can find more information at SunValleyCulinary.org

Sun Valley Wine Auction

the 43rd Sun Valley begins Wednesday June 26th and concludes on Friday the 28th. this event includes gastronomic adventures, Wine Symposia, Vintner Dinners, River Ranch Wine Walk, and the Gala and Live Auction. Learn more at Sunvalleywineauction.org

Ballet Sun Valley

Sun Valley Museum of Art Concert Series

While this series is a beloved staple of the Sun Valley summer, the museum has gone above and beyond to bring an eclectic mix of concerts that cater to all musical tastes. Old Crow Medicine Show with special guests Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway will be performing on June 19th! This is a can’t miss concert from a band that started busking in 1998 and now are members of the Grand Ole Opry and have won two Grammys! “If this is any indication of what Old Crow Medicine Show still has in store so many recordings in its career, we should count ourselves lucky.” – NPR Music

Lake Street Drive is heading to River Run on their Good Together Tour on July 30th. Soak in the best days of summer with a night of outdoor music!

Sun Valley Pride Events

This ever-growing celebration is filled with joy and fun! Kicking off the day with a pride march starting at the Sun Valley Village and heading down to Festival Meadow, where the rest of the festival will be held. This free to the public one-day family fun event is an array of live entertainment, exhibitors, and food and drink vendors! See you there on June 29th!

Sun Valley Brewfest

With numerous breweries from Idaho and more from the surrounding region, this event is a great way to chat with brewers and friends about beer, cider, and more. Held at Ketchum Town Square, grab a beer and play some classic brewery games. Join the fest this June 22th!

Sun Valley Opera

Prepare to be captivated by the mesmerizing performances of the Sun Valley Opera this summer. With a reputation for exceptional productions and top-notch performers, the Sun Valley Opera showcases the grandeur of opera against the backdrop of the stunning Sun Valley setting, presenting some of the top arts & culture events of the season. Concerts on July 17th and August 29th.

Baldy Bluebird Music Festival

Come celebrate the 4th of July in Sun Valley with a two day music festival! On July 4th Midland will be headlining with Charlie Worsham and Axel Diehl, plus a post concert 4th of July surprise. Stick around for day two with headliner Grace Potter with JD Clayton and The Pisten Bullys! Held at the base of Bald Mountain at River Run Lodge, this will be a unique summer experience.
