Join us on Thursday, July 16, for an evening in support of Future Roots. Savor farm-fresh and seasonally aligned food served family style at a long table on the banks of the beautiful Silver Creek.
You’ll enjoy specialties prepared lovingly by local celebrity chefs: Anne & Scott Mason of Enoteca and Mason Family Provisions, Chris & Rebecca Kastner of CK’s Real Food, Callie & Maeme Rasberry of Rasberrys Bistro & Catering, and Julie Johnson and Carissa Cooper of NourishMe. Each course will be thoughtfully planned and paired with wines from Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery.
The four-course feast is followed by a carefully curated auction of items that connect Idahoans with local food, and support ranchers, farmers and producers with the resources they need to thrive. A “paddle-up” will follow the auction, offering fully tax-deductible gifts in increments designed for every attendee.
