Join us for an intimate Q&A with screenwriter, Robert Mark Kamen. He will share tales of his journey from the rugged, mountainous terrain of Afghanistan as an American Studies PhD, through his 40-plus year career as a blockbuster screenwriter (his credits include The Karate Kid), and how this incredible journey led him to 300 acres in Sonoma to become a vintner.
Conversations about accidental success, the importance of art in society, writing as an art form, and supporting art in our communities are invited.
Presented in partnership with Merlin’s Magic Lantern.
