Apple Preservation Workshop

Transform your abundance of apples into products to last the winter–learn how to make and preserve applesauce and use the scraps to make your own apple vinegar! Attendees will take home a jar of canned applesauce. Hosted by Amanda Moulton, The Hunger Coalition. Workshop to be held at the Sage School Kitchen from 11am-12:30pm.
