Fit Me SV, The Mill SV, and Gather Yoga are proud to partner together with the Idaho Coalition for Safe Healthcare for Move for Safe Healthcare: a community fitness fundraiser bringing our valley together for an incredible morning of movement, connection, and impact.

Join us on Saturday, August 1 at Champions Meadow Park off Sun Valley Road for a one-hour outdoor workout featuring:

✨ 20 minutes of Mat Pilates by Fit Me
🔥 20 minutes of HIIT by The Mill
🧘🏼‍♀️ 20 minutes of Yoga by Gather

After class, the Idaho Coalition for Safe Healthcare will lead a brief 15-25 min community conversation about the current state of women’s healthcare in Idaho, the work they’re doing, and how each of us can help make a difference.
