Wiseguy Pizza Pie
At Wiseguy, we pride ourselves on using local and fresh ingredients. We serve New York style, hand tossed pizzas topped with whole-milk mozzarella, and baked to perfection in our stone deck ovens. We make our sauce from scratch and make our dough fresh daily, using Shepherds Grain Flour, a company that uses mostly Northern Idaho farmers to produce their grains. The Sun Valley Wine Company is a hybrid restaurant and wine shop located in the heart of Ketchum. The Wine Shop: The Sun Valley Wine Company offers more than 900 different wines on the floor of the retail wine shop that is organized by geographic region and varietal. In addition, there is a curated selection of highly allocated and fine wine in the cellar. In addition, the wine shop will make every effort to accommodate special orders working with 8 local distributors. Delivery is offered based on availability and staffing. Shop Discounts are offered on mix-and-match cases of 6 and 12 bottles. The Restaurant: The restaurant features a wine list that offers hand selected wines both by the glass and by the bottle. In addition, guests can choose a bottle with retail pricing from the wine shop selection and enjoy it on-premise for an additional $10 on the retail cost.
