The Ram Restaurant at Sun Valley Resort

Wiseguy Pizza Pie

At Wiseguy, we pride ourselves on using local and fresh ingredients. We serve New York style, hand tossed pizzas topped with whole-milk mozzarella, and baked to perfection in our stone deck ovens. We make our sauce from scratch and make our dough fresh daily, using Shepherds Grain Flour, a company that uses mostly Northern Idaho farmers to produce their grains. We also craft delicious sandwiches, salads, and calzones. A large selection of local bottled and draft beer (and wine!) round out our menu.
