Dinner + Show Ticket – $150 Starting at 5:30PM at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute – This night out combines the enchanting artistry of a world-renowned puppet theater with a delicious, authentic Austrian dinner. The evening begins with soft, golden potato rolls served alongside Obatzda, the traditional Bavarian cheese spread. A seasonal course follows with silky Kürbissuppe (pumpkin soup) paired with a refreshing cucumber salad. The main course features a classic Schweineschnitzel, crisp and golden, accompanied by brown butter Spätzle, braised red wine sauerkraut, and a bright touch of lemon. To end on a sweet note, we’ll serve house-made Apfelstrudel with kirsch cream, a fitting finale before the curtain rises on the Salzburg Marionette Theater.
