Yoga on the Mountain
Get your zen on at 9,150 feet during our mountaintop gentle flow yoga classes at Lookout Lodge! Focus on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help gain flexibility, strength and balance while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. All levels are welcome. Space is limited, please arrive at 8:45am to register. Please bring your own mat and water, and we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Galena LodgeOnce per month - Free Friday Nights at Galena Lodge from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm Come join us for a summer evening of outdoor recreation (bike or hike), community, food, and good cheer on the lawn.
