Participants of all ages are invited to roll up their sleeves, don their gloves, and join forces to remove litter and debris from the riverbanks and surrounding areas. By coming together for this important cause, we can make a tangible impact on the cleanliness and sustainability of our local waterways. Join us for a day of camaraderie, conservation, and making a positive difference in our community's natural heritage. PROJECT OVERVIEW Every year, the Wood River Land Trust hosts the Big Wood River Clean Up. The Senior Connection Games offers the opportunity for the novice or returning athlete to compete in a friendly, encouraging and social environment. We hope you will find the joy in staying active and having fun with your fellow peers. It is important to live a healthy lifestyle and keep moving. So, let’s celebrate life after 50 and let the Senior Connection Games begin! Event Rules & Information Participant Age: All Athletes must be 50 years or older by September 28th, 2024. Partner & Team Age: Partner and team age groups are determined by the age of the oldest partner or team member on September 16th, 2023. Physical Condition: Any athletic, recreational, or sporting activity may be a strenuous physical and/or mental activity. We recommend a complete physical examination prior to participation in the Senior Connection Games.
