WORKSHOP: Collagraph Printing
In this 2-day printmaking workshop, participants will spend the first day making printing plates using various substances and surfaces, such as fabric, bubble wrap, wallpaper, leaves, and more. On day two, ink up and begin printing, either by press or hand. Each time your plate is inked will create a unique monoprint, revealing varying tones, textures, and values of color.
SVMoA will provide the necessary materials (included in enrollment cost).
Age & ability: 16 and older, beginners welcome!
