Winter Read Talk: “Frankenstein” and AI: Ethics for the Modern Creator

Frankenstein AI Talk – Paul Zimmerman – 2025 Winter Read 740×426

Part of the 2026 Winter Read of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. Join us throughout February for films, speakers, and discussions.

Join Paul Zimmerman for an exploration of the ethical challenges posed by artificial intelligence. While innovation moves fast, the questions regarding responsibility, unintended consequences, and community impact remain timeless. Using the framework of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, this talk investigates the values embedded in our modern technologies and offers a path toward more humane, thoughtful design.

Registration recommended to join us in person. Link forthcoming to watch online (no registration needed). The recording will be available to watch later on The Community Library’s Event Archive.
