If you have ever taken an Improv class and/or want to sharpen your skills and ability to speak up, step forward and be fully present without worrying about lines or scripts, then say yes, and to this!
Andrew Alburger has spent over 30 years teaching acting and improv to students of all ages. In this four-week workshop, through games and scenes designed to make you laugh while you learn, you’ll touch on the basics of Improv, moving on to the next level of scene and character work, all in a low-pressure, high-fun environment.
It’s not about being funny. It’s about finding the humor in real, heightened moments. Learning to agree, move a scene forward, create new realities, and tap back into the effortless, playful way you used to engage with the world. You’ll come away sharper, more confident, and lighter than when you walked in.
