As the International Space Station (ISS) enters its final chapter, a new era of space infrastructure is taking shape. This program explores the transition from government-led orbital laboratories to commercially-operated space stations, the construction of next-generation platforms in low Earth orbit, and the path toward sustained human presence on the Moon. Join industry pioneers and space leaders as they discuss how today’s decisions will define humanity’s future beyond Earth.
Speakers include Scott Rodriguez of Voyager Technologies, one of the companies currently developing Starlab – a low Earth orbit commercial space station; and Steve Swanson, an astronaut who lived and worked on board the ISS for six months and served as its commander in 2014, among other space flight missions, and who is now a Professor of the Practice and Distinguished Educator in Residence at Boise State University. The discussion will be moderated by Steve Broback of Dent. Presented in partnership with Dent the Future.
