The dynamics represented by the Saturn archetype are not easy ones – structure, responsibility, authority, time, karma, consequences and reality, to name a few. We all work with this energy daily in different ways for our whole lives, and famously during the Saturn return (occurring during our late 20s and late 50s) when we are particularly presented with opportunities and challenges to deepen our own authority, create structures that work for us and let go of what doesn’t. The goal of this class is to offer understanding and tools so that each of us can increasingly incorporate Saturn energy in ways that support our wellbeing and our paths. There’s no pre-requisite for this class – I’ll share basics regarding archtypes and energy work; you’ll gain a great set of tools.

Class will take place over 4 weeks, August 27, September 3, 10, 17, from 6:30-8pm, both in-person at my office in Ketchum and on Zoom.
