Perched atop the Roundhouse Express gondola at 7,700 feet of elevation on Bald Mountain, The Roundhouse has been serving up memorable meals, soul-warming drinks, and stunning views since 1939. The Roundhouse is America’s original on-mountain dining experience and offers the authentic charm and unmatched elegance for which Sun Valley is known.

Roundhouse Restaurant is open during the summer and winter seasons.

Summer:

Roundhouse opens in late June through Labor Day weekend. Lunch is genrally served daily from 11 am – 3 pm.Visitors can hike up or catch the gondola for a one-of-a-kind dining.

Winter

During the winter season, Roundhouse generally opens in December, check this link or call 208-622-2012. Lunch is served daily 11am – 3pm and dinner is served Friday & Saturday 6pm – 9pm.
