Breathwork & Soundbath with Kambrin
Discover the Healing Power of Breathwork Please join us for a practice of Breathwork, Meditation and Sound Bath to Quiet the Mind and Open the Heart. Breathwork is a healing practice and experience that we can all benefit from. Whether you are looking to reconnect, de stress from your work week, on your healing journey,or to strengthen your connection to your intuition and creativity. Kambrins passion is to guide and support others into themselves through the power of the breath. This is a 60 minute guided class and will include a gratitude practice, intention setting, an introduction into the breathwork practice, a guided holotropic breathwork session and a healing sound bath close. Located at The Extra Credit Event Space under the Magic Lantern in Ketchum. Mats, Blankets and Eye Masks are provided. Please call or text Kambrin to sign up and for more details. Where: Adams Gulch, Sunnyside Trail. Wood River Trails Coalition (map) When: Thursday, June 15th 5:15 PM - 7:30 PM Difficulty: Easy - 1/2 mile hike from trailhead to the start of the project What to bring/wear: Closed toe/ankle supporting shoes and pants will be required. We recommend bringing your own eye protection/sunglasses, work gloves and sunscreen. A small pack is nice to have for water, layers and a snack. No dogs please. What we will provide: Tools, required PPE available for use: hard hats, eye protection, gloves etc. Bike helmets are not an appropriate substitute. RSVP: Yes please! HERE

River Run PlazaThis summer, enjoy Yoga at River Run presented by Brass Ranch. All levels are welcome to these free one-hour classes held outdoors at River Run Plaza most Tuesdays & Saturdays. Elle King and the Michigan Rattlers
Sun Valley PavilionFour-time Grammy Award nominee and pop sensation best known for her radio hit “Ex’s and Oh’s” from her 2015 debut studio album “Love Stuff,” Elle King will bring her Come Get Your Wife Tour to the Sun Valley Pavilion stage. Elle King has made a name for herself with her soulful, country-tinged take on classic rock and roll, and her powerful voice and playful songs have made fans of everyone from Oprah to Jimmy Fallon. The daughter of actor and comedian Rob Schneider and former model London King, she attributes her true influence and inspiration of music from her “Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw in a scrappy Southern Ohio town that puts the ‘just' in getting by.” She cites Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Otis Redding, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash and AC/DC as her musical influences. King is a powerhouse live performer with a rollicking live act not to be missed.
