Bald MountainBald Mountain is opening for lift assisted hiking and scenic rides on Friday, June 21st for the summer season! The Gondola and Chirstmas Chair will be open for hiking and scenic access only on June 21st. Lift assisted mountain biking will open on Monday, July 1st. Summer lift tickets and season passes will be on sale soon!

Sun Valley Community SchoolSt. Thomas Playhouse's summer residency at Sun Valley Community School Theatre begins with Finding Nemo Jr., featuring a cast of 4-13 year olds! Disney’s Finding Nemo JR. is a 60-minute musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo, with new music by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves.

The Sun Valley/Ketchum Rotary Club has been dedicated to creating community in the Wood River Valley for over 50 years. Over those years, we have raised over $1 million for international and local charities/programs, such as Blaine County Search and Rescue, the Community Holiday Baskets Project, the Wood River Rotary Scholarship Fund, and The Hunger Coalition, to name just a few. The 2024 SV Rotary Brewfest is our 10th anniversary and will be held at the Ketchum Town Square on Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 12pm to 5pm. We anticipate over 1,200+ beer lovers from all over the Intermountain West, as the Brewfest is becoming a marquee event in our resort town! We have grown attendance from 500 participants in our first year to more than 1800 participants in 2019.
