At NourishMe, a light filled store on Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho customers can find everything from organic seasonal produce, locally made and grown foods, bulk seeds, nuts and fruits as well as a wide variety of supplements, wellness products, gluten-free foods and organic cosmetics. Join us every Tuesday 1:30 - 5:30pm - we host Waterwheel Gardens from Emmett. Currently, they are offering a killer apple cider and grape juice, along with their jams, dried fruits and a variety of Fall harvest vegetables. We also get weekly deliveries of raw cow milk, raw goat milk, and yogurt. NourishMe creates daily, nutrient-rich, organic, deli-style foods to go or eat in. Join SVMoA Studio Coordinator Anne Aganon to learn basic drawing skills and shading techniques. Over a series of evenings, work from mannequins and still life set-ups to improve your drawing skills with a focus on the human figure and learn more about different drawing media. Use this time in January to prepare for the Open Studios: Figure Drawing or Open Studios: Printmaking sessions starting in February. Pre-registration for each class is recommended; walk-ins accommodated if space is available. Age & ability: 16 and older, all skill levels welcome! Boulder Mountain Tour

The 52st annual Zions Bank Boulder Mountain tour is February 1, 2025! This is the premier cross-country race in the Western United States, the Tour is staged on the historic Harriman Trail located in the pristine Sawtooth National Forest Area. Race distances are 34 kilometers, the Full Boulder, and 15 kilometers, the Charley Course Half Boulder. The field features World Cup-caliber racers to cross-country enthusiasts who embrace the “Tour” aspect of the event. All ages are welcome. Racers are separated by waves, including Elite Men, and Elite Women, seeded by previous race times in the BMT or comparable marathon distance races. There are seven waves in the Full Boulder. This year, the in-person race field will be capped at 800 skiers for the Full Boulder, and 200 skiers in the Half. Event Series Snowshoe with a Ranger

Snowshoe with a Ranger

Galena Lodge

Learn about the history of the old Galena mining camp and about the local animals who leave their tracks in the snow during a free Snowshoe with a Ranger tour. The Sawtooth National Recreation Area is offering free snowshoe tours at 11 a.m. Thursdays through March 6th and at 10am March 13 & 20th, leaving from the porch of Galena lodge. The snowshoe trip lasts about two hours, covering 1.5 miles with stops along the way. Tour-goers will learn about the winter ecology and more during the tour. A free one-day Blaine County Recreation district snowshoe pass will be provided. Snowshoes can be rented at Galena Lodge. Snowshoers are advised to dress warmly in layers, wear insulated waterproof boots, gloves, hats,  sunglasses and sunscreen. Dogs and other pets are not allowed on these particular tours. No reservations are necessary. To learn more, call the SNRA at 208-727-5000.
