SVMOA CONTEMPORARIES: Museum Afterhours

SVMoA Hailey Classroom

Un(b)locking Creativity with Kika Macfarlane from Two Toes Creative This workshop is designed for artists, makers, writers and idea people – anyone who creates things. Through a series of constraint-based drawing exercises, we will remember how to let go of perfectionism and lean into collaboration, intuition, and the freedom to make a lot of bad art (and maybe something beautiful, too). The aim is to leave participants equipped with a new set of tools to overcome creative block and appreciate the capacities of their own mind. The medium of this workshop will be pen and paper, though no illustration experience is required. An SVMoA Contemporaries Event.
