Ketchum neighborhood walking tours
The city is hosting neighborhood walking tours to inform the Cohesive Ketchum: Comprehensive Plan Update process. The tours will build an understanding of how current policies and regulations influence how the city changes and provide the opportunity to hear from the community about the character and scale of buildings in different neighborhoods. PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AT MEETING LOCATIONS. Please plan to walk, bike, or ride the bus. Reservations are appreciated. Forest Service ParkThe City of Ketchum is pleased to announce the 2024 Ketch'em Alive free summer concert series, which brings live music to Forest Service Park (131 River Street East, Ketchum) every Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., June 18 through Aug. 6. This year’s concerts feature a vibrant lineup of national and regional acts offering up an eclectic mix of Folk, Soul, Funk, Pop, R&B, County, Classic Rock, and more. Bring your family and friends—all concerts are free and open to the public. Sun Valley Museum of ArtSummer in the Makerspace is a non-instructed DIY opportunity for families and teens to explore, experiment, and collaborate using different materials, tools, and techniques. The ArgyrosDubbed “the last leading man” by The New York Times, two-time Tony Award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell has enjoyed a career that spans Broadway, television, film, and concert appearances with the country’s finest conductors and orchestras. He received Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle awards for his star turn in Kiss Me, Kate. He also gave Tony-nominated performances in Man of La Mancha, August Wilson’s King Hedley II, and Ragtime. Other notable Broadway shows include Kiss of the Spider Woman, Jelly’s Last Jam, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown and Shuffle Along. In 2016 he was awarded his second Tony Award, the prestigious Isabelle Stevenson Tony for his Charitable work with The Actors Fund. That same year Stokes was inducted into the Theatre Hall of Fame. The Argyros is extremely proud to welcome this iconic American artist to our venue this summer.

Renowned Chef's Britt Rescigno & Kinsey Leodler will attend The Market. The Market will kick off on Friday, July 26, in the evening with a “sneak peek” of makers, and continue on Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28th, with music all weekend by local DJs, food and libations available. The main focus throughout the weekend is the maker or seller of vintage goods, and local chefs. Our aim to bring together some of the best Independent Makers, vintage collectors, chefs and to provide a fun and memorable weekend.
