These 4-session class series will support us getting more grounded, centered and embodied. Approached collaboratively, we’ll combine a series of meditation techniques using energy and visualization with light stretching and breath work movements to awaken connection to and movement from your core (on many levels!). We invite interaction as we explore awareness and mind-body connection. Benefits include increased relaxation and tools for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Maximum of 10 participants. Co-taught by Erica Linson (energy meditation) and Andrea Van Ostenbridge (pilates). The first class is available as a single drop in session; we welcome you coming to check it out. Part 1 is a pre-requisite for Part 2.
