Releasing Pain From Childhood with Shaman

Join Shaman as she takes you on a healing journey to recognize the pain so you can begin your healing. Some attendees might be given messages from their guardian angels but this is not guaranteed for everyone. This class will be held at the Crystal Healing Room and Shaman will be live streaming on screen. Shaman is still able to connect with your energy and speak with your angels. Women have an opportunity to connect deeply with their bodies during this time of rapid physical and emotional change. Through the practice of mindfulness, women learn to slow down and pay attention so that they can connect fully with their growing baby and also listen deeply to and trust their body's innate birthing wisdom.
