Wildflower Walks
Wildflower Walks 2023 is SBG’s 19th year of leading Wildflower Walks! Join us hiking slowly on nearby moderate to easy trails as we appreciate the blooming native plants of our area. Walks will be led by botanists, naturalists, birders, and wildflower enthusiasts. We will choose the trails earlier each week according to where flowers are actually blooming. Participants will meet at Sawtooth Botanical Garden (11 Gimlet Road, 4 miles south of Ketchum), and follow each other or carpool to the trailhead. Children under 14 are welcome with an adult. No dogs please! Bring clothing for possible weather, hiking shoes (no flip fops or dress shoes), sun protection, plenty of water, reusable water bottle and a lunch. A camera, field guide, binoculars and notebook may help with identifying and remembering plants. Click here for an optional packing list! River Run PlazaThis summer, enjoy Yoga at River Run presented by Brass Ranch. All levels are welcome to these free one-hour classes held outdoors at River Run Plaza most Tuesdays & Saturdays. Space is limited, please arrive at 8:45am to register. Please bring your own mat and water, and we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. Paint a Legacy 5k
Wood River High SchoolHelp us leave a legacy of smiles, Wood River Valley! This 5k color run will be supporting our local non-profit, Dental Legacy Foundation. Please wear a white shirt and sunglasses! Each racer will be given a race bib, and a cup of paint to throw at the start line, and a medal at the finish line. The race will start at 11:00 am. Please show up early to pick up your bib and check in before the race starts. The race will start at the dirt parking lot in front of the High School. Please park at the Wood River High School and Community Center. We can't wait to see. you there!

Yoga on the Mountain
Get your zen on at 9,150 feet during our mountaintop gentle flow yoga classes at Lookout Lodge! Focus on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help gain flexibility, strength and balance while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that moves at a perfectly slower pace allowing ample time to enjoy each pose. All levels are welcome.
