ART CLUB: A Conversation with Artist Rob Davis

Sun Valley Museum of Art

Join SVMoA for Art Club—a new program for those who want to learn more about contemporary art. Join SVMoA for a conversation with painter Rob Davis, and a walkthrough of his SVMoA exhibition Records. Davis’s realist images depict empty kitchen tables, living rooms, and porches; piles of records and plants in macrame holders. While his paintings emerge from his own lived experience, their investigation of the domestic possesses universal resonance for all viewers, particularly those familiar with the 1970s. Refreshments will be served.
