Come join Sun Valley Heli Ski for 3 days and 2 nights of helicopter skiing and riding in Idaho’s Smoky, Pioneer, Soldier, and Boulder Mountain Ranges while learning and expanding your backcountry skills and knowledge.

This trip is schedule for February 11 to 13. Guests will stay at the beautiful Smoky Mountain Lodge, the only remote fly-in lodge in the lower 48 states. You’ll spend your days skiing the legendary Idaho backcountry while learning basic backcountry, snowpack and avalanche skills. Separate clinics will be held in the evenings to review and enhance those skills. A private chef will prepare breakfasts and dinner, and lunch with be taken care of in the field with a view to help fuel those afternoon sessions.
