“Soaring Standards” – The Advocates’ Every Teen Counts 11th Annual Event

The Sage School

The Advocates’ Every Teen Counts (ETC) teen interns invite you to their 11th annual Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month event from 5-7pm on Saturday February 24th at The Sage School Barn (1810 Quigley Farm Rd, Hailey, ID, 83333)! Come enjoy food, art, and fun activities anytime during the event. All are welcome! The event titled, “Soaring Standards,” will explore the theme of social norms—expectations or unwritten rules regarding how people should behave. Norms and standards influence all types of relationships; platonic and romantic. Everyone can promote safe and healthy relationships in our community by choosing to create new social norms that promote respect and equality. Grab your family and friends and join us for a fun and engaging teen-led event!

Color Our World

Memory Park

Color Our World is The Advocates' largest annual fundraising event. This seasonal giving celebration culminates with an installation of colorful ribbons adorning Memory Park in Ketchum; each ribbon is a visual representation of a donation made. During the months of May and June, we will be inviting our community to purchase raffle tickets for six amazing prizes and donate ribbons to be displayed in the park. It is our goal that by July 1, 2024, the trees in Memory Park will be festooned with ribbons, tying all of us together in the quest to eradicate domestic violence and abuse, and empower all in their pursuit of peace, health, happiness, and freedom. This year’s Color Our World Ribbon Raise is a ticketed party on Friday, June 21 at Limelight Hotel. Tickets are $50 per person and include appetizers, drinks, ribbon raise and music.
