The mindful movement of this class supports you in deepening into the present moment as you listen to the birds, feel the breeze or sunshine across your face and take in the scent of flowers in full bloom. Beginners, advanced practitioners and everyone in between are welcome to join for this class. Please bring a yoga mat and props with you if you have them. SBG has a handful of yoga mats for loan. Note that this class is outside and among the natural elements (within reason). In the event of inclement weather, the class will take place in our greenhouse. Yoga classes will be held each Tuesday from July 8-July 29 at 10-11am. Register at sbgarden.org/events to reserve your spot. Registration is encouraged but not required.
