I’m excited to invite you to Revealing the Masks We Wear Through Art and Sound, a special afternoon of creativity and self-discovery with myself and Mikea Knopp.

Through guided meditation, intuitive watercolor painting, and gentle reflection, we’ll explore the stories and patterns that shape how we show up in the world.

We’ll close with a healing sound bath to integrate whatever arises.

No artistic experience needed, and all materials are provided!
