event-195789-1790021671

The City of Ketchum will host annual spring and fall Open Houses to keep residents, businesses and community members informed about upcoming projects, proposed changes and other topics of community interest. These events will provide an opportunity to learn directly from city staff, ask questions, and stay up to date on issues affecting the community. The first of these annual Open Houses will take place this fall and will cover the Local Option Tax ballot measure, 2027 capital improvement projects, and proposed updates to city codes.

  • LOT Ballot Measure: Factual information about the LOT ballot measure, including its purpose and how it relates to city services and projects. Voter information about the LOT ballot measure is provided for educational purposes only.
  • Capital Improvement Projects: An early look at improvements planned north of town in 2027, including pedestrian and city-wide bicycle connections, safety enhancements, landscaping, public spaces, and improvements.
  • Code Updates: Information about updates to the proposed city building codes and what residents, businesses, and property owners should know.

Residents may stop by anytime between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Two 15-minute presentations will be offered at 4:45 and 5:45 p.m., with opportunities to learn about each topic and ask questions.
