Jodeen Revere (The Persistent Guest) returns to The Spot with another original work-in-process! “There Was That One Time…is a series of personal essays. Since everything I write is meant to be read aloud by me, it is the ideal way for me to try out new work. Subjects ranging from motherhood, growing up with a rock and roll dad, formative years as a JW, tarot cards, obsession and mortality. But funny.”

ABOUT JODEEN:
Jodeen is an actor/writer/performer living in Boise Idaho. Her most recent project was the one woman show The Persistent Guest about her trifecta of cancer diagnosis which premiered at Boise Contemporary Theater in 2022. She brought a scaled down unplugged version to The Spot in 2023, took it to United Solo Fest in New York in October of 2023. She is a contributor to Story Story Night, Storyfort, Ming Studios 7 O’clock and My On Mondays series and Campfire Stories.
