The Hailey Public Library is pleased to host patRIOT, a short play written by local poet and playwright Les Shanahan on Thursday, October 10, at 7:00-8:00 PM at Town Center West, 116 S River.

patRIOT deals with a family whose son has turned in his father to the F.B.I. because of his involvement in the January 6, 2019, United States Capital insurrection. No one in his family is seeking forgiveness but instead simple understanding. One on the right. One on the left. One in the precarious middle.
