Elissa Gertler, Housing Manager for Clatsop County, and Andy Kipp, Board President of the Astoria Housing Alliance, will present on housing challenges, opportunities, and lessons from the northwest corner of Oregon. Clatsop County is home to popular coastal communities like Seaside and Cannon Beach, as well as the port city of Astoria at the mouth of the Columbia River.
