The annual Halloween Hoopla is on Thursday, Oct. 31 from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m., kids in costumes will roam Hailey’s Main Street and participating businesses will give out candy! Look for the orange and black balloons.

The Kiwanis of Wood River Valley will be hosting a costume contest at Hailey Town Square!
