Whole Birth Prenatal Yoga and Support
Flourish FoundationThis class brings together elements of a traditional yoga class - stretching, balancing, mindful awareness and deep relaxation with informative and supportive group discussions. Women have an opportunity to connect deeply with their bodies during this time of rapid physical and emotional change. Through the practice of mindfulness, women learn to slow down and pay attention so that they can connect fully with their growing baby and also listen deeply to and trust their body's innate birthing wisdom.
