Please join us for a practice of Breathwork, Meditation and Sound Bath to Quiet the Mind and Open the Heart.

Breathwork is a healing practice and experience that we can all benefit from. Whether you are looking to reconnect, de stress from your work week, on your healing journey,or to strengthen your connection to your intuition and creativity. Kambrins passion is to guide and support others into themselves through the power of the breath. This is a 60 minute guided class and will include a gratitude practice, intention setting, an introduction into the breathwork practice, a guided holotropic breathwork session and a healing sound bath close.

Located at The Extra Credit Event Space under the Magic Lantern in Ketchum.
