Flourish Foundation

The Flourish Foundation’s mission is to support mental health and personal growth in K-12 students and adults through mindfulness, compassionate action, and environmental stewardship.

About our programs and services:

Founded in 2011, Flourish Foundation cultivates mental well-being in youth and adults through programs that nurture mindfulness, compassion, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Our flagship, in-school program, the Mindful Awareness Program (MAP), teaches K-12 students how to cultivate awareness, kindness and interconnectivity through thoughtfully designed weekly lessons. An 8-month vertically integrated Social Emotional Learning curriculum, MAP reaches more than 1,300 students annually, across Blaine County in Idaho, Teton County in Wyoming and in South Africa.

Our out-of-school program, the Compassionate Leaders Program (CLP), is a year-long journey in which teens strengthen their sense of belonging and responsibility through self-awareness, purpose, service, nature immersion, and cultural exchange.

Our growing catalogue of weekly adult offerings provides participants pathways to self-awareness, connection, and healing through classes, intensive workshops, and retreats. These offerings help them thrive in their lives and bring presence and vitality back into their classrooms and communities.

Every Flourish program is rooted in shared values, shared practices, and a shared language, building an ecosystem of flourishing that connects individuals to each other, their communities, and the natural world.
