The following indoor event venues are ready to help make your meeting a success.
Limelight Hotel Ketchum
The inviting, community feel of the Limelight Hotel Ketchum makes a great impression for your event. The open floor plan also means the hotel can create any number of unique configurations to accommodate groups large and small.
Sun Valley Resort
Sun Valley Resort offers on-site facilities and full event management services—from venue to hotel rooms to catering to security—for groups up to 1000 people. The resort can also arrange for a myriad of activities around the conference including horseback riding and fly fishing.
Argyros Performing Arts Center
This state-of-the-art performing arts center in Ketchum, Idaho opened in the fall of 2018. Located across from the Limelight Hotel, this space offers flexible performance and event spaces that enable all manner of small and large productions, events, and gatherings year-round.
The Community Library
The Community Library in Ketchum offers a Lecture Hall – prioritizing free public programs and accepts proposals for speakers, films, panels, and partnerships with other organizations throughout the year. They also offer three reservable rooms for small group meetings.
Mountain Humane
Mountain Humane has the capacity and a variety of event spaces to host anywhere from 10 – 350 people, including state-of-the-art audio and visual capacity in the new facility and kitchen accommodations. Please keep us in mind when your business, non-profit, family, and friends have opportunities to gather.
Zenergy
Zenergy is a health club and day spa that offers some great venue opportunities. Indoors, their yoga studio can be rented out and host roughly 40 people. Their shining space is the outdoor patio next to their pool which makes for a great summer venue. The sweeping views of Bald Mountain are some of the best in town!
Ketchum Works
With space for meetings of up to 16 people, Ketchum Works brings a small-scale yet business-professional atmosphere to your next meeting or event. Ketchum Works also has a kitchen that allows on-site cooking.
Outdoor Event Spaces
When the weather is warm enough to have your meeting outside, there is nothing like the fresh mountain air and incredible scenery to bring your event to the next level.
Forest Service Park
Located within walking distance of Main Street in Ketchum, Forest Service Park is the setting for the popular summer music series Ketch’em Alive, as well as the home to the Sun Valley Museum of History. Utilizing this park requires a special event license. All events on public property in Ketchum are subject to a review of event details including alcohol consumption, amplified noise, and temporary structures.
Hop Porter Park
Hop Porter Park, situated in nearby Hailey, has a large open space, picnic tables, a restroom, electricity, and pavilion that can fit 80 to 100 people. Use of Hop Porter Park requires a park rental application, and in some cases a special use permit. Other parks and pavilions are also available in Hailey.
Ketchum Town Square
Ketchum Town Square is right in the heart of Ketchum and is a popular meeting and hang out spot for locals and visitors. The square includes a stage, electricity, art installations, and restrooms. Utilizing this park requires a special event license. All events on public property in Ketchum are subject to a review of event details including alcohol consumption, amplified noise, and temporary structures.
Sawtooth Botanical Garden
Located between Ketchum and Hailey, the Sawtooth Botanical Garden has is a lovely spot for a garden party or business meeting. The facility has limited indoor space available as well. Note there are strict limitations on amplified noise at the Sawtooth Botanical Garden.
Restaurant Spaces
Warfield Distillery
Warfield Distillery, on the corner of Main Street and Sun Valley Road in Ketchum, offers several private party specific offerings and accommodations. Enjoy delicious food and drink while soaking in one of the best views in town from the rooftop deck.
Whiskey’s on Main
Whiskeys can accommodate intimate gatherings of 25 to 50 and larger-scale events from 150-300 guests. Whiskey’s features four different spaces to accommodate all group sizes. Facility options include two outdoor decks with mountain views, a PA system and TV for presentations, and access to a full bar.
Galena Lodge
If you’re looking to create memories your guests will cherish, consider renting out Galena Lodge, located 22 miles north of Ketchum in the heart of the Boulder Mountains. It’s a quick trip to reach Galena, but feels like a world away. Facility rentals and catering are available.
Catering
CK’s Real Food
Chef Chris Kastner caters private events and weddings from his sustainable restaurant in Hailey. One of the most popular restaurants in the area, Kastner aims to feed body and soul with his fresh foods.
KB’s Burritos
If you’re looking for casual yet tasty catering, look no further than KB’s Burritos. A staple in the Wood River Valley since 1993, KB’s Burritos can set up banquet stations full of mouth-watering Mexican dishes.
Rasberrys
Rasberrys can fulfill any catering desire, from lunch served via their food truck to an elegant plated meal. Get a taste of their delightful food at their bistro in Ketchum.
Wrap City
Wrap City, located on Main Street in Ketchum, can provide group lunches and trays of wraps to satisfy even the hungriest guests. They request 24 hours notice for their catering menu, but can often turn around a shorter order if you’re in a bind.
